That depends on what you’re looking for and the plan that we have set up for you. We can absolutely manage your social media accounts and create images/posts without anything needed from you. Those posts will all be targeted to your audience and designed to encourage your followers to take the action that you want them to take. After all, we don’t want you to have to worry about social media management, but rather focus on what you’re passionate about!
But, if you just need someone to implement ideas that you have, create graphics based on your concepts, or engage with your followers, we can do that, too. And, of course, if you have photos, branding items, or videos that we can access to use as inspiration, that’s always a great thing!
Yes, absolutely. All of the page text, blog posts, product descriptions, and other types of content that we write for you will be optimized for the SEO keywords that we’ve discussed with you.

Load time is definitely important when it comes to user-friendliness, website conversions, and even SEO! Yes, after final payment is made, all rights and ownership of the work completed are transferred over to you. This is also outlined in the contracts that we provide.

We can absolutely help you improve your rankings on search engines! However, Google ranking depends on a lot of factors.
Websites don’t purchase their search engine rankings, nor are they intentionally put in one position by the website owners. Instead, they’re “ranked” by Google based on a variety of factors intended to display the highest-quality and most relevant results for searchers.
Think about it this way. Google’s job is to give their users the information that they’re looking for based on the terms that they use in their search queries. And if people could just buy those spots, then they wouldn’t be doing their job very well! This is why it’s very important to create great content that fits with what your target audience is searching for and to provide an excellent user experience for your site visitors.
We can help you optimize your site for SEO, based on keyword research and the factors that Google considers when placing one site above another. However, we cannot guarantee Page One results as that is determined solely by Google’s algorithm. And any SEO firm that promises this is lying!

When we build an eCommerce website for you, we’ll help you determine the moving parts that you need to get it up and running. We can handle all of the setup and make sure that everything’s functioning as it should on the website end. But in addition to your site, you’ll also need:
- A payment processor to accept payments online. Examples include Paypal, Stripe, and Authorize.net.
- An SSL certificate, which can be purchased (and is sometimes included) with your hosting plan.
- A way to ship your products. We can set up the shipping rates for you, but you may want to create an account with UPS, USPS, FedEx or Stamps.com depending on your inventory level and shipping details.
If you need more advanced functionality like custom product builders or monthly payments, you may need additional systems. However, we’re more than happy to advise you on what you need to make your eCommerce site work exactly the way that you want it to!

No, we do not offer printing services in-house. However, we’re more than happy to direct you to a local or online printer that can help you! We also can format your files to the exact specifications of the printer that you choose to work with and can even manage the printing process if you’d like. Our design fees do not include printing costs.
We believe that your logo should be as unique as you are! So, unlike some other designers and agencies out there, we create a completely unique logo based on your message, business, and audience without using any sort of pre-existing template. We also deliver several different logo concepts to help you find the perfect fit!

Absolutely! We don’t ever want to build a website that you can’t use. Each of our websites is developed with ease-of-use in mind and we provide detailed, written instructions outlining how to maintain and update your site. We’re also more than happy to walk you through things using screenshare software.
