About Wild Mountain Wax
Wild Mountain Wax, proudly located in the Pacific Northwest, is a retailer that sells artisan-crafted home and apothecary goods. All of their products are handcrafted and inspired by the nature around them — cypress and spruce scented candles, adventure-themed journals, and reed diffusers that smell of the Oregon coast. Their passion for quality shines in everything they sell and is a large driver of the community they’ve built online.
The Project
We worked with Heather Dowdy, founder, on another online store that she owns: The Northwest Dog. So when it came time to launch Wild Mountain Wax, she came to us to build the WooCommerce site.
She wanted something modern and clean, that highlighted her passion for nature and beautiful product photos. We created that for her, along with a customized checkout experience, event calendar, and wholesale shopping functionality. The store is also integrated with ShipStation (for shipping labels) and Square (to sync inventory with in-person sales.)
